Delivery Items will be ready for despatch within 1-2 working days - usually a lot quicker at certain times of the month. All items are dispatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class postal service and we charge one flat rate cost for all parcels. If you would prefer a faster service then please do not hesitate to contact us as we can offer express service via Parcelforce 24 or 48hr service. Cost for this service is based upon the weight of your parcel.

Please allow 10 working days after dispatch for your order to reach you. If your item does not arrive within 11 working days, please notify us by e-mail and I will explain what course of action needs to be completed. Please be aware that Royal Mail will not class anything as lost until 15 working days after the item was sent to you.
